SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Shipping time and costs
Shipments are managed by TNT Express Courier and are carried out on the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) in which the order is processed. The indicative delivery time for the national territory is about 3 working days, 5/6 working days for the islands, 6 working days for countries outside the Italian national territory. The calculation of the delivery period must exclude the day of goods departure scheduled for the same day of the order if it is done before 12 am.
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, the Customer receives the shipment tracking via e-mail having the waybill number through which he/she can monitor the shipping and the delivery of his/her product.
All shipments are covered by insurance therefore Farnese will respond to any theft, loss or damage of the goods shipped.
The shipping costs for orders and for any change of goods are free, while shipping costs for any non-motivated returns are to be covered by the customer.

Goods Delivery
At the time of delivery, any damage or lack of packages must be reported immediately by an annotation that have to be shown on the transport document delivered by the courier, specifying the product (s) that are damaged or missing. Changes and refunds
The customer will have 14 days to assert his right of return, after this period any instance will not be taken into account. The customer who intends to return the purchased product must contact our Customer Service, that will send via e-mail a Return Number (NR) that must be affixed to the transport document of the product that has to be returned to the warehouse.

The Purchased items can be returned and and it is possible to request a replacement or a refund, within 14 days of the receipt of goods as long as they are returned in a perfect condition and accompanied by a receipt of sale. Farnese Gioielli offers a free shipping service for all product changes due to damage or to the customer’s will to replace the product with another item. In case of a non-motivated withdrawal Farnese does not recognize to the customer free shipping costs, therefore, once the status of the returned goods are checked, we will refund the cost of the product deducting from the value of the shipping costs related to the return of the goods in stock. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be reimbursed to the account from which the payment was made. It is important to ensure that the package is properly closed. Farnese can not be responsible in case of non-delivery of returns. Retail stores will be able to replace products purchased online, which are damaged, only with the prior authorization of Farnese.
